The figure "4.9 out of 5" is based on 458 responses to our own customer survey since 2009.
Who is surveyed: only people who took out a policy through us. Enquiries that did not lead to a contract are not counted.
How responses are counted: there is no pre-selection and no filtering. Every response received enters the average unchanged.
Authenticity check: we match each response to the corresponding case file. No check by an independent review portal or any other third party takes place — the rating is not independently verified.
What "over 10,000 policies since 2009" means: the total number of contracts we have placed since 2009. That figure is not a rating.
